New! Classical Homeopathy with Dr. Brett Lieberman
Homeopathy is a system of medical evaluation and treatment that considers symptoms as the body's way of addressing disease challenges. Rather than suppressing symptoms, homeopathy pairs them with remedies in a way that encourages the body's rapid return to balance and health. Particularly useful in treating children, viral illnesses, and complicated chronic diseases, homeopathy often can spare the use of antibiotics. For an appointment, call (203) 863-3615. Fee.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy adjusts the subtle pulses of the cerebrospinal fluid as it circulates around the brain and spinal cord. Using light, sensitive touch, the therapist monitors the flow to locate restrictions and gently release them. This delicate, soothing therapy encourages optimal fluid movement that nourishes all tissues of the body, causing a self-correcting response. The result is a deep sense of calm, well-being and self awareness. Wear loose-fitting, lightweight clothing for this hour-long, whole-body treatment. For an appointment, call (203) 863-3615. Fee.
Healing Touch @ The Center for Integrative Medicine

New! Myofascial Core Release and Structural Integration
Professional athletes, weekend warriors, and individuals with postural imbalances such as scoliosis, leg length differences and pelvic tilts, can benefit from this gentle form of myofascial release. Myofascial Core Release is the bridge that links chiropractic interventions with yoga and pilates. Considered the gentle form of rolfing, these services help those with chronic back, shoulder, neck, and hip pain rebalance and release. For an appointment, call (203) 863-3615. Fee.
Personal Stress Reduction Using Biofeedback
Many people find themselves living with anxiety, stress, and worry that disrupts their sleep, interferes with their relationships, and creates disease. With biofeedback, individuals learn to use changes in their heart rate to recognize and release unhealthy thought patterns that cause personal distress. We have successfully used this technique with adolescents, adults, and elders. For an appointment, call (203) 863-3615. Fee.

Chiropractic Services
Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Services with Dr. Patrick Kerr
Is your head on straight? Many people with headaches, dizziness, neck pain, pinched nerves, shoulder tension and even lower back pain may actually have a problem with a misalignment where the skull sits on top of the spine. This can have effects throughout the body. Using a gentle specialized instrument, realigning the head over the Atlas (or 1st vertebra) can rebalance the entire spine, improving posture and reducing pain. Dr. Kerr uses x-ray technology to identify the exact realignment necessary to help optimize your posture and have you feeling great. One-hour sessions offered on Tuesdays and Fridays. For an appointment, call (203) 863-3615. Fee.
Graston Technique with Dr. Amy O'Donnell
This instrument-assisted technique is used to detect and treat over-use or trauma injuries that result in the build-up of adhesions and scar tissue, particularly in soft tissue such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Often combined with exercise and acupuncture, the Graston Technique is effective in restoring normal function or range of motion as well as eliminating pain. For an appointment, call (203) 863-2944. Fee.
Postural and Structural Analysis with Dr. Amy O'Donnell
Do you have pain in a specific area that continues to recur despite treatment? This analysis determines whether a functional problem with a particular part of your body—such as feet, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck—has caused you to move in a way that has lead to other muscle or skeletal problems. Legs that are different lengths, pelvic tilt, scoliosis, and feet abnormalities are specifically taken into consideration, as well as weak or compensated muscles that may contribute to pain or other difficulties. For an appointment, call (203) 863-2944. Fee.
