Integrative Medicine Programs
Yoga for Recovery and Radiant Health
The Center for Integrative Medicine is introducing the region’s only medical yoga series this spring. Daytime classes are held in the center with nurses and physicians on site. Participants will have the opportunity to progress gradually from easy to more challenging classes. As health improves, they may choose to transition from Chair to Rehabilitative to Gentle or Kundalini Yoga. Some classes require physician clearance. Please bring written clearance to first class where indicated.
