Lose to Win
Extra pounds have a habit of creeping on over the years. If you're ready to get your weight under control for good, Lose to Win can help. Lose to Win is a different kind of weight loss program for people who are clinically obese. It is not a diet. Lose to Win’s personalized, team approach is based on behavior modification and designed to prevent weight-related medical problems by improving your physical and emotional health.

A registered dietician, chef, exercise physiologist and social worker will address nutrition, food prep, physical activity and psychological issues as part of your customized weight loss plan.

The four-phase program includes:

  • 1-on-1 personal fitness training at the Healthy Living Center
  • weekly nutrition counseling
  • cooking classes and prepared meals
  • psychological counseling and support
  • guidance, monitoring and support throughout the program

Read more about the Lose to Win program and call (203) 863-3756 to get started. A ''Lose to Win' physician referral form is required. For information on other weight-related programs and topics, see Holistic Weight Loss ProgramTM, Nutrition Consultation, Bariatric Surgery Support.
