Diabetes Support Group
This group meets monthly to discuss a variety of diabetes topics including eye health, neuropathy, foot care, heart health, self-management tools, and more. Sessions are held from 7-9pm in the Noble Conference Center. For more information call (203) 863-3929. FREE.

Heart Health Education Group - GH @ GH
Presentation and discussion for people with heart disease and their loved ones, as well as anyone at risk for heart disease (high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol, diabetes, etc.). Stroke Support Group
Stroke is one of the most feared life-threatening health problems. But it is also one of the most preventable – if you have the right information. Community Blood Pressure Screenings - FREE! - GH @ GH
High blood pressure, or hypertension, is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, heart attack, strained eyes or blindness. Symptoms usually don't occur until years of uncontrolled and undetected hypertension have already damaged an organ.

Program Registration & Payments
- Payment must be made by check or credit card at least one business day prior to the date a class begins. Instructors cannot transact payments or registrations.
- Only prepaid and pre-registered students may attend class. This applies to both new and continuing students.
