The "Summit" of Patient Satisfaction
Once Again, Greenwich Hospital Receives Highest Ratings

Consistently top ranking patient satisfaction scores have won Greenwich Hospital the prestigious Press Ganey Summit Award for the second year in a row.

Press Ganey Associates, Inc., the nation's leader in independent patient satisfaction measurement, founded the Summit Award in 2006 to focus attention on outstanding healthcare providers and foster an environment of best practices.

"Greenwich Hospital's achievement reflects the continued efforts of everyone here, from the administrators to the doctors and nurses, and all our dedicated support staff and volunteers," said Frank Corvino, president and chief executive officer. To qualify, a healthcare facility must maintain a rank of 95th percentile or above for three consecutive years. Greenwich Hospital easily met the criteria, with inpatient satisfaction scores consistently ranking in the top two percent nationwide for the past seven years.
