Great Event, Great Food, at "Great Chefs" Benefit
The spotlight will shine on guest chef and restaurateur Rafael Palomino on the 25th anniversary of Greenwich Hospital’s popular fundraiser, "Great Chefs." The annual culinary event will be held Friday, Feb. 26, at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich.

Known for his innovative American and Latin-influenced cuisine, Palomino is the chef at Greenwich Tavern in Old Greenwich and Sonora in Port Chester, N.Y.

Guests will enjoy an evening of signature dishes from more than 50 of the finest restaurants and catering companies in Fairfield and Westchester counties. The festivities will include a wine tasting, silent auction and dancing.

Co-chaired by Greenwich residents Patty Read and Tracey Utton, "Great Chefs" benefits the health and wellness programs of Community Health at Greenwich Hospital.
