2007 On-site Flu Vaccine Program

Each year an average of 1.5 million workdays are lost due to influenza associated illness. The flu vaccination can reduce both healthcare costs and lost work days.

Greenwich Hospital Occupational Health Services can provide your company with an on-site, convenient, and cost-effective flu immunization program. During the months of October through December, registered nurses can visit your place of business and administer flu vaccinations to employees. The on-site program provides ease of access to flu vaccinations thereby saving employees time and money. For company sponsored programs, we can bill directly and for non-sponsored events, employees may pay at the time of service.

Reserve your vaccination session now as immunization services are in high demand. Please refer to www.cdc.gov for updates.

On-site programs are available beginning October 22 through December 14, 2007 (blackout dates November 22 & 23), Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

The vaccination fee is $25.00 per shot (minimum of 10 shots) which includes local travel. There is a $50.00 additional fee for travel to Manhattan, with a minimum of 25 shots required in order for GH Occupational Health Services nurses to travel to Manhattan.

Please fill out the online 2007 Flu Vaccination Program Form to schedule on-site flu vaccinations. To contact us, please e-mail flushots@greenhosp.org or call (203) 863-3400.

We look forward to keeping your employees healthy this season.
