From the Merritt Parkway (from the north or the south)

• Take Exit 35. Turn right at the end of the ramp and go south towards Stamford.
• 1011 High Ridge Road is 1/4-mile south off the Merritt on the left, across from Blockbuster Video and next door to a Chase Bank.

From I-95

• Take Exit 8 to Atlantic Street. Go north into downtown Stamford. Atlantic Street becomes Bedford Street.
• At the intersection of Routes 137 (High Ridge Road) and 104 (Long Ridge Road), stay right onto High Ridge Road going north.
• 1011 High Ridge Road will be on your right, 1/4-mile short of the Merritt Parkway.
