Public Transportation
You can get to Greenwich Hospital via three types of public transportation:
  • Train service via Metro-North Railroad to Greenwich, CT station.

Special modes of transportation for those in need
  • American Red Cross, Greenwich Chapter, Motor Service. The Red Cross Motor Service provides transportation for Greenwich residents who have no other practical way to get to and from health care services in the Town, such as the hospital, doctors' offices, well-baby clinics, rehabilitation centers and physical therapists.   • TAG (Transportation Association of Greenwich) is a private not-for-profit specialized transportation service for frail elderly and disabled people of all ages. The "easy access" program provides door-to-door van service to anyone who is disabled and unable to use the public bus service. Certification is required demonstrating ADA disabilities status. There is a nominal charge for "easy access" TAG service. Contact TAG at (203) 866-8822 (Voice/TDD) between 8am and 5pm before your trip.
